PAYMENT:
Cash and most Major Credit Cards
are accepted as payment for all procedures.
SCHEDULING PROCEDURES:
All Permanent Cosmetic Makeup and Paramedical Procedures will require a $100.00 deposit payable at the time of Scheduling, and will be applied as a credit towards your Balance at the time of the Procedure.
This deposit may also be Refundable with a strict 5 day Notice of Cancellation.
ONE on One PERSONAL OFFICE CONSULTATIONS:
Personal Consultations are available for a fee of $75.00. This fee will be applied as a credit towards any of the Procedures performed. This fee may also be Refundable with a strict 5 day Notice of Cancellation.
